Arrival and Departure

The apartments will be available after 14.00

The apartments must be vacated by 12.00 noon

Cancellation

07 January - 19 March

02 November – 24 November

Cancellations for these periods up to 8 days before date of arrival are not charged. Thereafter, a cancellation for these periods within 8 days before date of arrival will be charged for. A 50% cancellation fee of the reservation amount will be charged.

20 March – 01 November

25 November – 06 January

Cancellations for these periods up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged. A 50% cancellation fee of the price charged for all nights booked will be charged.

Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 80% of all nights booked.

Deposit

When booking more than 2 months in advance, 30% of the total price as down payment is required within 2 weeks of the booking.

Payment

The balance is payable upon arrival.

VAT

VAT is included in the price.
